Almost a month...

There are plenty of excuses (primarily, my office computer is not loading blogger, and everyone knows that I do most of my blogging while procrastinating at work) but yes, one month is way too long. Many things have occurred, primarily a great few weekend trips, one to beautiful Allentown for a corn maze and a PA high school football game, another to LL's house in Montross, VA to house-sit and to watch bald eagles flying in their natural habitat.

Here's the message of the night: Ravens brass, here's a few suggestions. Either fire Billick or hire someone to make the playcalls competently. Get rid of McNair or get him comfortable holding a clipboard for a better quarterback (and no, Boller is not the answer). Improve the line by adding some depth. Improve the secondary by cutting Samari and signing/drafting quality number 2, 3, and 4 cornerbacks. Teach Ed Reed how to be a coverage safety. Get a middle linebacker with increased sideline to sidelines speed (sorry, Ray-Ray, it is over). On offense...there's just so many problems, but if we were to recommit to the run by bolstering the line, maybe we won't have to worry about the passing game. Finally, come up with gameplans that don't embarrass the team each and every week. Seriously, the Steelers spanked the Ravens last week and this week, the inept Bengals got seven FGs. Awful. Embarassing.

Why is the new Coen brothers film "No Country for Old Men" in limited release?

Screenwriters...is there a more uninteresting strike?

Why is Steven A Smith so hated?

Why isn't Chris Berman hated?

yeah...that's it.
